We begin with practical and relatively simple changes. A significant part of this stage focuses on developing a conscious and intentional relationship with AI in both your personal and professional life. In the beginning, we work on building habits and practices that support better focus, clearer thinking, and a greater sense of control.
Once some practical results are achieved and you feel ready, we can gradually move into deeper inner work. This deeper layer involves exploring your internal patterns, beliefs, and your relationship with discomfort and risk. Deep work is an important part of the journey for those who want to go further.
This is not a program of quick transformations or easy fixes. It is long-term work for people who are willing to take responsibility for their attention, thinking, and personal growth over months rather than days or weeks.
